How much does a business address cost?
It depends on your legal status, how long you have been in business, and the number of employees. Contact us and explain your situation. We will then be able to give you a precise quote.
What services are included in the price?
What are the additional costs?
Your telephone calls outside Monaco and France, use of the shared printer (if you do not have your own), and various services: trips to the post office, additional keys, administrative procedures, etc.
How does the mail work?
Every morning, our wonderful mail carrier delivers your mail to us. We sort it and either hand it to you personally or keep it at reception until your next visit. What’s more, with a power of attorney, we can collect your parcels and registered mail.
What are your availability options?

Is Wi-Fi included in the price?
Yes! It is unlimited and the network covers every corner of the center.
Can you help me set up my company?
Not directly, but we can refer you to one of our highly qualified and very friendly partners.
Can I register multiple companies at the same address?
Yes, it is entirely possible at Talaria. Several companies can share the same address, a practical solution for entrepreneurs who manage multiple businesses. Contact us to find the package that best suits your needs.
What time can I come? What are your opening hours?
Our team is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Open space packages include access to the center Monday through Friday during the hours listed above.
The exclusive office package gives you access to the center 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Can I bring clients/friends/pets?
Everyone is welcome at Talaria, as long as they respect the peace and quiet of others. But we trust you to do that!
Can I register my French company?
The company must be Monegasque or have government authorization in certain specific cases (administrative office or commercial agency).
Is there a meeting room?
Yes, whether you are a Talaria customer or not, you can contact reception to make your reservations.
How long can my company be hosted?
For as long as you want!
Can I rent an office for a short period (1 or 2 days)?
Yes, but only in open-plan offices.
What are the tax benefits of setting up my business in Monaco?
Monaco offers a very attractive tax environment: no income tax for residents, no wealth tax, and an exemption from corporate income tax for companies generating at least 75% of their turnover in the Principality. VAT is aligned with French rates (20% standard rate). We recommend that you consult a tax adviser to assess your specific situation.
